Ordering
Can I change/cancel my order?
If you would like to inquire about making changes to or cancelling your order, you can contact us via email or fill our form on our Contact Us page. Include “Order Cancellation/Change” in your email subject line as well as your order number. Orders cannot be cancelled if the order has already been packed or fulfilled.
I’m missing an order product from my package!
We are diligent in making sure all orders leave us with the correct items. If we have made an error, please shoot us an email with your full name, purchase order number, and the name of the item missing from your package. In rare cases, a purchase order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments.
I received the wrong/damaged item.
Please send us an email with your full name, purchase order number, and detail of your issue or fill our the form in our Contact Us page. We’ll be in contact with you promptly to provide next steps.
Shipping
Where do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.
Alternatively, you can view your tracking info under the Track Your Order page in My Account.
How much does shipping cost?
To calculate the shipping for your order, continue through checkout to the Delivery stage. All available shipping methods and fees will be updated according to your Zip/Postal Code.
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes us 1-3 days to process orders and up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. We aim to ship all items on-time, but in rare cases it can take longer. In some cases, there are factors outside our control such as weather issues or courier issues that may delay your package.
Payment
When will my refund come through?
It will take 2-7 banking days for the refund to reflect to the payment method used.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as email transfer and Paypal.
How do I use my promo/discount code?
In your Cart, click the Have a code? field above the Checkout button.
Note: there must be an item in your cart to add a code.
